Tucked inside a heritage Queenslander house, Kimnat is your quiet escape — where garden mornings, Vietnamese flavours, and slow-sipped coffee come together in a space that feels like home. And dog-friendly, naturally.

Our menu is chef-crafted and Vietnamese-inspired — but not in a "traditional" way. Think bánh mì with a twist, pho-spiced soup, and brunch plates that don’t play by the usual café rules.

And yes — we’ve got plenty of vegan, gluten-free, and everything-in-between options, because food should feel good. :)

Some call us a hidden gem. Others just call it “our spot.”

If you visit Woombye, you need to visit this spot!!!

I would highly recommend this spot! The dining space is lovely and perfect for breakfast, brunch or lunch (maybe even a late lunch)! Lots of greenery and a beautiful atmosphere! We shared the bahn mi, crab croissant and the chicken nourish bowl! The bahn me was full of flavour and the pork was cooked to perfection! So tasty, extra points for the soft brioche bun! The crab croissant was unlike anything I have ever had, tooo easy to eat and had a slight kick to it, but not too hot at all and so much flavour!! The nourish salad was incredible, chicken cooked perfectly, fresh ingredients and the dressing brought the whole salad together! So yummy! We also had coffees which were some of the best coffees we have had in a while!!!
